- Develop an AI policy, getting buy-in from all stakeholders.
- Provide detailed, hands-on professional learning for all staff. Allow for honest conversations about concerns.
- Encourage exploration. Ensure that everyone is not afraid of trying and failing.
- Spotlight success regularly.
- Conduct ongoing evaluation and refinement of systems.
- Provide and publish accountability and oversight measures.
- Make sure not to get too caught up in the “shiny object” syndrome.
