Join us for this disaster relevant table talk game. Participants will be presented with a K-12 disaster, then discuss their response with a small group to compare notes on strategy.
The Table Talk: Dice
The tabletop exercise is a meeting to discuss a simulated emergency situation. Members of the campus review and discuss the actions they would take in a particular emergency, testing their emergency plan in an informal, low-stress environment.
Divide up into equally sized groups. Select at least ONE person for each of these jobs:
Dice-roller (someone with a device)
A recorder (a computer)
Roll The Dice using one of these free services:
Share what your organization's approach is in your group

Pick Through the Scenarios
The Game will provide school district and other teams with a variety of scenarios from my own experiences, as well as YouTube news video clips of actual events.
The scenarios address cyber security, cyber safety, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
As such, they are a perfect tool for small and large district Chief Technology Officers (CTOs) seeking to mobilize their emergency response teams.
